On Sunday, July 28th, Pacific Workers’ Community Foundation joined the Alameda Firefighters for their Annual Pancake Breakfast, benefitting the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation and many other local charities. Pacific Workers’ helped with some of the ingredients used in the event.
This annual event raises money and awareness for victims of fires, helping Bay Area local charities to keep kids out of dangers and in clubs. At the event the Alameda Firefighters and their families pull out the grills and get cooking, they showcase vintage fire engines and also raffle away kid bikes and great prizes.
