Jocelyn Onofre is the Case Manager for Team LeVeque. She is in charge on overseeing Team Le Veque's cases and ensuring a concierge experience for all the clients she handles. Jocelyn answers many Workers’ Comp related questions, schedules meetings & hearings, and deals with the insurance companies & defense attorneys.
Prior to this position, Jocelyn held the Receptionist position at the Oakland Office. With her hard work and dedication to the firm, she was ascended to Assistant Case Manager and now Case Manager. Born and raised in Oakland, CA. Jocelyn joins the team with an AA in Spanish from Chabot College. Prior to joining Pacific Workers, Jocelyn worked in customer service and retail for large companies such as Sephora and Bath & BodyWorks.
When Jocelyn is not at the office, she spends time with her family and pursues a variety of hobbies, including drawing, reading, gardening, and baking cookies. She cares deeply about helping others and supports the children’s hospital and breast cancer awareness through walks and donations. Jocelyn is fluent in Spanish.
