Irving Flores-Corona is the Director of Operations & HR. He keeps the office running, overseeing our busy operations team, interviewing and hiring new staff members for our growing team, and making sure everyone at the office has everything they need to get their job done. Prior to joining our team, Irving was a Senior Case Manager and Intake Specialist for Alvandi Law Group, P.C. in Irvine, California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Saint Louis University in Madrid, Spain and has an in-progress JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Irving was one of the first staff members on board after Pacific Workers’ Compensation was founded, and he’s held numerous positions in his time here, including Director of Case Management. He’s also a licensed Hearing Representative who can appear in court on behalf of our clients when necessary. Irving volunteers teaching ESL and is passionate about workers’ rights. When he’s not at work, Irving gardens, hikes, and spends time with his family. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
