Robert Davis

Associate Attorney

Robert Davis is an Associate Attorney with Pacific Workers’ Compensation. A native of Seattle, Washington, he graduated from University of Washington and then relocated to the Bay Area to earn his J.D. at the Golden Gate University School of Law. He has over 25 years of experience in workers' compensation litigation and additional experience in personal injury & construction defect litigation. Over the course of his long career, Mr. Davis has worked both defense law and plaintiffs’ law. Prior to joining PWC, he spent time as an associate at firms of various sizes, including Karasoff & Associates, Mullen & Filippi. and national firm Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez. He is an active member of the California State Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.

A firm believer in the importance of investing in the next generation, Mr. Davis volunteers with Berkeley Youth Alternatives, and coached youth sports for many years. Away from work, he enjoys travel and spending time with his wife, two adult children, and first grandchild.
