Bio

Bilal Kassem is the President, Co-founder, and Managing Director of Litigation and Workers’ Comp at Pacific Workers'. Specializing in litigation, he manages all aspects of the firm’s litigation practice. Prior to joining Pacific Workers', Mr. Kassem held an associate attorney position with Stockwell, Harris, Woolverton & Muehl as well as Harker, Campbell & Sage LLP, where he represented clients such as unions and special needs schools. Those experiences inspired his work fighting for workers' compensation clients.

He was raised in Southern California and attended California State University Northridge, where he graduated with an undergraduate degree in criminology. Bilal earned his J.D. at California Western School of Law in San Diego; during his time there, he served a Moot Court judge and earned numerous honors, including an Academic Achievement Award for Legal Negotiation. He is an active member of the California State Bar and California Applicants’ Attorney Association. Bilal is passionate about using his litigation skills for good and regularly volunteers at Justice Corps, providing legal services for the underprivileged.
