Renée Marvin-Quintong
Director of Operations & HR

Renée Marvin-Quintong is the director of Operations and HR. She ensures the day-to-day operation of the office and leads recruitment efforts. Renée was born and raised in Oregon. She moved to California with her husband in 2001 for the beautiful weather. Renée has over fifteen years of experience holding leadership positions in Operations at companies such as Microsoft, Securieon Group, and Star International. Having first joined the Pacific Workers’ Compensation team when it consisted of twelve employees, she’s played a key role in helping the company manage its rapid growth.

Renée attended Monterey Peninsula College, where she concentrated on math and biology. She’s contributed her skills to Habitat Humanity International as a volunteer, and she participates in charity events regularly. When she’s not working, Renée enjoys golfing, hiking, and fishing. She resides in San Leandro with her husband and their two labs.
