Katiana Adorno-Rodriguez

Assistant Case Manager

Katiana is Team Gude’s Assistant Case Manager. She handles client calls, manages client communications, and helps make sure that clients are always informed about their cases. Katiana was born in Puerto Rico. She studied at several universities, including Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, where she participated in a Premier Intensive English Program. Katiana relocated to the Bay Area with her family so that her husband could pursue a career as a police officer.

Prior to joining Pacific Workers’ Compensation, Katiana worked as an Enrolment Specialist at a private school and at Roots Community Health Center. In her free time, she goes to church, works out, and spends time with her family. Katiana is passionate about helping others, having volunteered with both AmeriCorps and BAYAC. She donates time and food to vulnerable members of her community whenever possible. Katiana resides in Oakland with her husband and their three children. She is fluent in Spanish.
