Cynthia Franco

Cynthia Franco is the Treatment Specialist whose primary job is to get our clients the care and medical treatment they need, matching them with Workers’ Comp doctors and specialists in their network, including doctors on lien when necessary. Cynthia does battle with Workers’ Compensation insurance companies daily, making sure necessary treatments don’t get denied. Prior to joining PWC, Cynthia worked in nursing, specifically in critical care. She is currently studying at Chabot College to become a Registered Nurse. An Oakland native, Cynthia spends her free time hiking and helping her father at his restaurant. Cynthia speaks Spanish.
